“At The 3-18 Education Trust, apprenticeships are a cornerstone of our people strategy; encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

For our staff, apprenticeships offer the opportunity to achieve recognised qualifications and gain practical experience, advancing their careers with growth and development opportunities.

Through this, apprenticeships drive performance and help us build a robust talent pipeline within our Trust to meet the evolving skills needed in education.

As a great employer, we offer a diverse range of apprenticeship options which showcase the breadth of career paths available in education – from site management apprenticeships and business administration to senior leadership professional qualifications and our flagship 12-month teacher apprenticeship programme.

Our apprenticeship programmes support our commitment to nurturing talent and creating a supportive, growth-oriented Trust.”

About The 3-18 Education Trust’s Apprenticeship pathway

We actively engage with the Apprenticeship Levy, which provides our Trust with a powerful opportunity to invest in talent development with our current workforce and attract new talent.

Through the levy we are able to fully fund professional qualifications for all our staff, from diplomas through to professional qualifications at degree and masters level.
