Staff and pupils from Bowbrook Primary School in Shrewsbury recently celebrated a fantastic first year with a fun-filled first birthday party.

The local community enjoyed a mobile farm, photo booth and traditional party games, and a big birthday cake baked by Bowbrook’s own Office Manager, Sarah.

Sam Aiston, Headteacher at Bowbrook, said: “Our first birthday party is a way to say thank you to everyone for their support this year. Bowbrook is a school of opportunity, and we are excited to share the year ahead with our pupils and their families.”

Bowbrook Primary School first opened its doors in September 2023 and has already grown to include an intake in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 this year. The school, which is part of The 3-18 Education Trust, is based at a brand-new purpose-built building and boasts a varied programme of extra-curricular clubs for the children.
