Over five hundred teachers and support staff from across The 3-18 Education Trust’s nine schools and central team will come together for our annual staff conference on 4 November 2024.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘From Fixed to Flourishing: Unleashing Potential Together’ and offers a range of workshops and sessions designed to enable staff to develop their professional and personal potential.
Setting the tone for the day will be the keynote from Jaz Ampaw-Farr, who is described as one of the most genuine, hardworking, and riotous speakers in the business.
Staff can choose from a range of workshops on topics including artificial intelligence, pensions, inclusion, and Arbor.
We are looking forward to a great day of learning, collaboration, and networking with our staff community.
